PCM’s Ten Day Demand letter uses third-party psychology to convey the enhanced urgency of paying the debt in full within the next ten business days. All funds are directed to your office and are not subject to normal agency contingent fees. Debts must be 150 days or less past due and all amounts outstanding after the expiration of ten business days, immediately roll over into regular collections and contractual agency fees will apply.

Dedicated Client Success Manager

During the initial onboarding phase, you will be assigned a Client Success Manager (CSM). Their number one job is to act as your advocate. The CSM will continually monitor all aspects of our business relationship to ensure PCM staff and systems are performing optimally for you each step of the way. In the case of certain accounts receivable management engagements, the CSM would be monitoring all credit department KPI’s and staff management with the goal of optimal cash flow for your company.

Annual Credit Department Performance Review (includes collection compatibility/fit assessment for staff)

PCM will review your credit staff and credit department Key Performance Indicators to ensure you have the right people doing the right work for optimal cash-flow performance. PCM maintains a strategic partnership with Polaris Assessments which allows you to assess each staff members suitability for the job. Inquire about using this tool as part of your hiring process to avoid the high turnover usually associated with the credit analyst position.
